Knitting for friends is a great pleasure. Well,friends who appreciate it !

For Kay: I've been knitting. Last weekend the missing wristlet looked like this.

Last night it was finished.

I can't show the pair,as wristlet one now resides in NYC with Kay.
I finished it at a much needed and enjoyed afternoon spent with my knitting gang. Wish it was possible to get together more often ! Of course I forgot about my camera until near the end,so Enid and Maeve are missing. Sorry girls.

Carolyn and my boys,who'd just arrived to collect me,having driven very slowly across the moors in sudden and surprisingly thick snow !

It had melted by the time we left. Oliver loves a bit of knit & chat ! He also loves the toy kitten that Shiela very kindly gave him.
