SOMETIMES YOU GET GREAT POST.

Like my fabulous final pckage from my SP9 pal, Dominique, who has been a great pal.

It's so nice to get yarn, in such lovely shades of blue, that I've never heard of before. Beautiful hand dyed mohair [the camera doesn't seem able to capture the gorgeous blues, in any light] from here, delightful sock yarn from here [wow ! what a great site], some denim cotton yarn and delicious chocolate. Thank you so much Dominique. I will k nit up all the lovely yarn you sent me. All in good time.
All the chocolate is gone, gone, gone ! :0)

I also received my first hank of yarn from my Spin to Knit secret pal. A skein of beautifully softly shaded merino that she dyed then spun, a lot of lovely, thoughtful gifts. A delightful package too.

Both gifts are much appreciated and gave me a lift on wet and windy days. Thank you.
My SP9 victim was Becky. You'll have to trawl her archives to see what I sent her.

See, crochet hooks have a use ! Back to enjoying my crushed red velvet knitting.

p.s. Forgot to say that my ex moles are healing fast and well. Now I have a group of red marks where once there were huge, dark, lumpy moles. This is good. I don't intend to do it again though !
