of favourite flowers are Freesias. Such a sweet scent. This easter present bunch match the bright, warm spring weather we're enjoying.
We all had a nice, quiet, chocolate filled family weekend. Bank holidays are a good thing. I think we should all lobby for four day weekends. So much more civilised, don't you think?
My other present was a ribboned basket, with a Swiss chocolate egg.

The chick has enough chocolate to last weeks !

The Montezuma's white rabbit looks good ! [I love their Dainty Dollops. Giggle ! The milk chocolate flavoured with lime and vanilla are divine. Fab chocolate with a clear conscience !]

The boys went off for a blast of fresh air and sunshine, before a really nice meal.

Allan was wondering what that shiny patch on the top of his head was... ha,ha !
I knitted. A scarf for someone I know who is struggling through breast cancer, chemo and radiotherapy. I hope she appreciates the sisterly hug that is intended.

A Handmaiden scarf kit. A very simple pattern [so much so that it's tedious], and gorgeous yarn. The knitted fabric feels lusciously soft, the silk glows and the dark, mossy colours are lovely. If I can get past the boredom of the knitting I might just make one for myself.
By the way, how come I've seen no mention of Fleece Artist's new sock yarn, Sea Wool? It's really very nice. I've just started a sock in it, but that's another post !
